Save an Outlook MSG file as a PDF.

MSG Opener turns a saved Outlook message into a clean, printable view without sending the email to a conversion server. Your browser reads the MSG file locally and uses its built-in print system to create the PDF.

How to convert MSG to PDF

1. Open the MSG file in MSG Opener.
2. Confirm the subject, sender, recipients, message and attachments.
3. Choose Print / Save PDF above the message.
4. Select Save as PDF in your browser or operating system’s print dialog.

What the PDF contains

The printable view includes the readable message and its displayed metadata. Attachment files are listed but are not embedded inside the resulting PDF. Download any attachments separately when you need their original contents.

Why use local conversion?

Email records can contain private personal, legal or business information. This workflow avoids uploading the MSG file to a third-party conversion service.
